Celebrate Hipcooks

Creating flavored  olive oils is simple! We like to make them in small batches, as oil will generally infuse in a few hours or overnight. The options are endless: take a couple of sprigs of fresh thyme leaves (we grow lemon thyme at Hipcooks) and a generous peel of lemon and cover with your fave olive oil. Rosemary, chili peppers and basil are wonderful, but let your own imagination dictate!
