Arugula Salad with Strawberries & Poppyseeds

Strawberry, Agrula & Poppyseed Salad

Serves 2, generously

3 big handfuls arugula
10 strawberries, sliced
½ sliced fennel (or ½ sliced avocado)
The Hipcooks Trinity: a twirl of extra virgin olive oil,  a sprinkle of Maldon salt & juice from ½ a lemon
Poppy seeds, to garnish
Chive blossoms, nasturtium flowers, pea flowers, pansies – optional (depending how girly you love it!)

 

Combine the greens, fruit and veggies with the Trinty. We like to mix this salad with our clean hands. Pile high on your plate and decorate with poppy seeds. Sprinkle with edible flowers, if using.
