Oven-roasted garlic and butternut squash are bathed in the rice, covered with melting parmesan and drizzled with crispy sage butter.
Or, get a delightful spring in your step with our Spring Green Risotto. This sassy risotto is zingy bright green from peas, asparagus, mint, and lemon. This is a vegetarian risotto, but it is possible to add shrimp or other seafood. Please let us know in the comments section if you’d like to do that.
