A Taste of India (Class only)

April 26, 2025 @ 4:00 pm PDT
$45

This menu features Indian flavors that really sing! Learn about many. many different Indian Spices โ€” not all of them spicy.  The main dish is what we call “sneaky vegetarian:” the dish is so hearty, flavorful, and satisfying that non-vegetarians don’t notice it’s meat-free. But, hey, this is a virtual class, so if you want to add chicken, do it! Make it sneaky non-vegetarian. It’s your choice.

Mango Lassi (make it spiked if you wish!)
Handmade Chapati
Cauliflower Coconut Curry with a Vibrant Green Masala
