Let’s do Bloody Mary’s & Brunch! This class features a Hipcooks Bloody Mary/Bloody Caesar with a freshly made quick pickle for your veggies. (Because this cocktail is all about the garnish, don’t you agree? ) We also make a Homemade Spicy Tomato Mix so teetotalers, gin lovers, and vodka fans can have a beverage that is juuust right.
For eating, we’ll prepare a Stuffed Potato Pancake. Make it ham, salmon, or spinach-filled. (In the photo above, we made a smoked salmon, lemon, and chive potato pancake.) It is fluffy, airy, and oh-so-delicious.
