(Originally named Jamaican Me Crazy), this class is a fan favorite among Hipcooks teachers and students alike. The food is original, packed with flavor, and fun to prepare. We love to offer this class in the dead of winter when we need transport to a tropical place, but any season is appropriate for this menu.
