Hipcooks Community, You’re the Best. Thank you for your encouragement, comments on the blog, and emails. Despite the class cancelations, myself and entire team of Hipcooks Studio Managers continue to work each day. We plot and put systems in place to make Hipcooks (even) better. Thank you to all the thoughtful people who have purchased Gift Certificates and sign up for future classes — you bring a smile to my face and boost each of us when you do.
Hipcooks Community: I am very grateful for your encouragement. You inspire me! Thank you for your feedback, it is so appreciated. I’m including some comments here, please add your thoughts below!
I’m looking forward to the “My Kids are Lunatics” series. :-). Good job evolving to the times! Stay healthy! – Francis
This is a great idea! Can’t wait to read them. Stay well – Emily
I wonder if it’s at all possible to host small group, Zoom-based cooking sessions? I’m imagining something where a handful of people join a Zoom meeting, introduce themselves, then stay on mute for a bit so that the host can talk without the sound of a bunch of chopping/sizzling, but chime in with questions at particular moments. There’s lots of downsides to that approach, including if folks don’t have all the ingredients. But I wonder if there’s a way? Perhaps if it’s announced far enough in advance and paired with the newsletter? – Erica
Thanks for all you do! This is such a lovely and thoughtful pivot! Thank you for including how to take care of our neighbors/those at risk in your recipes. – Anna
I always appreciate your sassy newsletter and today, your humor and distinctive‘tude is especially appreciated.Thank you – Andrea I will miss assisting in classes, but appreciate this note and especially the drink recipe! Maybe we can venture into virtual classes with a delivery box of ingredients? Lots of bored folks at home now! Stay healthy! – Irene
What a great idea and a really productive way to help people. Really looking forward to seeing the coming emails. Hope you are all staying well and healthy. – Martha
Ok…THIS is how you send a newsletter. I’ve been to several classes and love Hipcooks! I hope the closures don’t permanently hinder the business. That said, this is exactly the kind of response that other businesses should be using as a social media lesson. Funny, spot on, and (most importantly) relevant. Well done, you’ll be seeing me (and my friends) at Hipcooks once we’re past this. Really, really nice job with this. – Tom
This is great! Do you want some free publicity and introduction to Hipcooks for those who may not yet know about Hipcooks? If yes, Let us know how to post to social media. I’ll post to FB. Others more savvy will likely post to other social media sites. – Malinda
Omg, best business email ever. – Dina
