A Harvest Dinner (Class with Kit)

Celebrate the bounty of the season with A Harvest Dinner. This menu features the best of wintery flavors rolled into a beautiful meal. We’ll prepare:
Rosemary, fennel & garlic encrusted pork loin with herbed pan jus
Bacon and balsamic Brussels sprouts
Apple & pear crisp scented with candied ginger
A Harvest Dinner Class Kit (it also makes the perfect gift!)
the kit pictured above is our Curious Cocktailer Kit, While the Harvest Kit will look similar, the ingredients will vary
The Harvest Ingredient Kit is a lovingly packed box of fresh and non-perishable ingredients, plus the Harvest Class on Nov 12.
The purchase price includes the kit, shipping costs, and the cost of the class.
Ingredients for 4 hearty servings:
thyme, sage, bay leaf, fennel seed, coriander seed, cinnamon, allspice, candied ginger, rosemary, lemons, white balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, flaked almonds, onion, garlic, apples, pears, sugar, corn starch, almond flour, brown sugar

Students will need to provide:
A 2-pound pork loin
12 ounces bacon
1 pound Brussels sprouts
dry vermouth or white cooking wine.
butter and olive oil for cooking.
2 large skillets
rimmed baking sheet
A small mortar and pestle or spice grinder
tongs & a sturdy cooking spoon
cutting board & knife
1 large pot
