Celebrate the bounty of the season with A Harvest Dinner. This menu features the best of wintery flavors rolled into a beautiful meal. We’ll prepare a Rosemary, Fennel & Garlic Encrusted Pork Tenderloin with Herbed Pan Jus and Bacon and Balsamic Brussels sprouts. For dessert, we’ll whip up an Apple & Pear Crisp scented with Candied Ginger.

Purchase the Harvest Dinner Class with Kit and we’ll send you what you need for class, in a lovingly packed box!
The purchase price includes the kit, shipping costs, and the cost of the class. (If you cannot attend the live class, we’ll send you a recording to watch at your convenience.)
Ingredients for 4 hearty servings: thyme, sage, bay leaf, fennel seed, coriander seed, cinnamon, allspice, candied ginger, rosemary, lemons, white balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, flaked almonds, onion, garlic, apples, pears, sugar, corn starch, almond flour, brown sugar
You will need to provide these additional ingredients: a 2-pound pork tenderloin, 1 pound Brussels sprouts, 12 ounces bacon, dry vermouth or white cooking wine. You should also have butter and olive oil for cooking.
There will be some prep to be completed prior to class. The kit will include prep instructions and the Zoom link for class.
