Ingredients for Let’s Go to Thailand: Sip & Nibble
Please source these ingredients, which will serve 2 people comfortably (Up to 4 drinks and 8 small spring rolls):
tamarind concentrate (we love Tamicon brand, and you should be able to find this or other brands at your local Asian market or here on Amazon)
pack of spring roll wrappers (we love the small-size ones here on Amazon, but you should be able to find these at any Asian market or large grocery store)
2-ounce bundle dried bean thread noodles (here on Amazon, but you should be able to find these at any Asian market or large grocery store)
1 cup packed basil leaves
a bunch cilantro
:a bunch mint
fish sauce (3 Crabs Brand on Amazon. Red boat is great, too.)
2 limes
1 cup shredded carrots (buy these pre-shredded at Trader Joe’s)
4 or 5 leaves of Romaine lettuce
½ cup bean sprouts and/or 1 small Persian cucumber
optional: your choice of chopped peanuts, cashews, and or sesame seeds
brown sugar
spices: cayenne, cumin, ground ginger
Should you wish to make a cocktail, please have whiskey or bourbon. For a mocktail, ginger beer is delicious.

citrus press
cutting board and a kitchen knife
