Oh, Brazil! Throw on some Carlos Jobim and Astrid Gilberto and samba with Hipcooks! We’ll transport your kitchen to Brazil as we prepare 2 classic dishes: Caldo de Feijão (Brazilian Black Bean Soup) topped with Vinaigrette (Brazilian Salsa) and Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Puffs). The Cheese Puffs are made with cassava, so they are gluten-free (but oh-so cheesy and delicious!)

Purchase the Oh, Brazil Class with Kit and we’ll send you what you need for class, in a lovingly packed box!
The purchase price includes the kit, shipping costs, and the cost of the class. (If you cannot attend the live class, we’ll send you a recording to watch at your convenience.)
Ingredients for 4 servings: Linguica sausage, tapioca starch, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, onions, garlic, chilies, scallions, bay leaves, red wine vinegar, and Tabasco.
You will need to provide these additional ingredients: 3 eggs, 1 cup milk, ¾ cup coconut or vegetable oil, cilantro (for garnish)
There will be some prep to be completed prior to class. The kit will include prep instructions and the Zoom link for class.

Optional Add-On: Mini Muffin Pan: $23
Every cook’s kitchen needs one of these. This pan (made in USA) is weighty enough to be sturdy and conduct heat beautifully! The stainless steel is non-stick and will last you many, many great bakes.
We use ours for mini-muffins, cakes, potatoes stacked with goat cheese (yum!), mini-flans, and small quiches. It’s the perfect size for the Brazilian Cheese Puffs.
