Celebrate the bounty of the season with A Harvest Dinner. This menu features the best of wintery flavors rolled into a beautiful meal. We’ll prepare a Rosemary, Fennel & Garlic Encrusted Pork Tenderloin with Herbed Pan Jus and Bacon and Balsamic Brussels sprouts. For dessert, we’ll whip up an Apple & Pear Crisp scented with Candied Ginger.

The kit pictured above is our Curious Cocktailer Kit. While the Harvest Kit will look similar, the ingredients will vary.
Ingredients for 4 hearty servings: thyme, sage, bay leaf, fennel seed, coriander seed, cinnamon, allspice, candied ginger, rosemary, lemons, white balsamic vinegar, chicken stock, flaked almonds, onion, garlic, apples, pears, sugar, corn starch, almond flour, brown sugar
Students will need to provide these additional ingredients: a 2-pound pork tenderloin, 1 pound Brussels sprouts, 12 ounces bacon, dry vermouth or white cooking wine. You should also have butter and olive oil for cooking.
