Welcome to the debut Hipcooks Cookbook!
Divided into 12 colorful Chapters, the book will immerse you into a new cuisine as you travel through. In fact, there is no “table of contents”, as we prefer a “travel of contents.”
Each chapter celebrates a region, their typical dishes, and helps you organize a dinner party around that theme.

What we love about this book is that each recipe has an accompanying photograph (because we first eat with our eyes, don’t we?) All the food is “real” (no trick photography here!) all shot on location at Hipcooks Portland. We enjoyed feasts after every shoot.
