What an excellent suggestion to use tea bags for the mint simple syrup. I will have to use that trick for my Mint Juleps!
Hi, For the mint simple syrup recipe: regarding the amount of fresh mint you mean by ‘really pack in the mint’ , does that mean pack the pan full, a packed cup?

Mint ice cubes! Great idea! Did you blend the mint with water to make them?
Thank you for the question, Evelyn! I simply add mint leaves to the water in the ice cube tray and freeze. The cubes come out super tasty and pretty!
