Definitely need a Vietnamese class in the summer! Also wish the Holiday Elves class would be taught occasionally around the holidays.
Will do, Lindsay! Thanks for the suggestions.
Vietnamese!!! I cant’ wait to work on this with Monika! – Tina
Me too! YUM
What a wonderful year of recipes!! This gives me so much to look forward to each month! Cheers to new flavors and delicious feasts all year round!
Thanks! Your feedback inspires us to keep on cookin’!
I am digging the lineup, lots to look forward to in 2019. CAN’T WAIT!
Yes, yes and yes…who could choose with so many yummy options. Love how you’re stretching, growing and creating more love in the kitchen.
Excited for the Oktoberfest menu! Yum.
Let’s do Vietnamese AND Lebanese! Both would be great additions to our Hipcooks repertoire.
For December, it would be fun to have a class for making edible gifts: candied nuts, infused salts and vinegars, flavored simple syrups for cocktails, and some sweet stuff from our Elves class.
Love the ideas, Monique, and Thank You! It’s ON!
More vegetarian options! (Actual, meant to be vegetarian food, not just a class where you can sub a mushroom or tofu or skip a course)
Yes, I know what you mean! We have Hot Soup Focus Group, Endless Salads and Date Night: Risottos as “true” vegetarian classes…but let me add more. This month, we added a new Indian Class that is all vegetarian, and next month we’re adding I’m Free!: a class that is not only vegetarian but gluten and dairy free!
