B’stilla (flaky pastry with beef & lamb with cinnamon, raisins & pine nuts)
Tagine* with melting onions, saffron, preserved lemon & olives over couscous
Spice cake (ginger, orange, cardamom & cinnamon) colored with beets & sweetened with honey
Poached apricots stuffed with mascarpone & pistachio
