Students will provide: butter and olive oil for cooking, sugar, and 2 pounds of a protein of your choice (we’re using turbot, halibut, or whatever nice white fish is available). Skinless boneless chicken is also an option.
Holiday Orders
Order your kit by December 9. Shipments will go out by December 14. Pickup will be scheduled sometime between December 14 – December 17.
Please Note: Hipcooks Gift Certificates and Class make-up credits are not redeemable for kits. Hipcooks Gift Certificates are redeemable for class instruction only (specified at the time of purchase). Kits are merchandise.

Hipcooks Seattle & Hipcooks Orange County has no in-store pickup available, but we’ll ship to you! Please inquire about pricing on the orders page.
