We’re so excited to teach you mini’s these mini chocolate cakes. We hope they’ll soon become a quarantine favorite go-to dessert. We think they’ll appeal to all because they’re . . . Small . . . Delicious . . .Fast . . . Easy!
This flourless chocolate cake is made mini-size: make dessert for one or for many — it is up to you! You’re picturing the best part already, the gooey chocolate center that oozes oh-so-lusciously when you cut into the cake.
Just a few ingredients make the magic! Here’s all you need for class:
3 ounces chocolate
Ideally, you have 70% or higher dark chocolate, but baking chocolate, chocolate chips — all will do! Don’t worry if you don’t have a scale to measure out your chocolate: look at the chocolate bar’s weight on the package and take a guess. If you have chips, 3 ounces is ½ cup of chips.
4 tablespoons butter (that’s ½ a stick)
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon flour, optional
