Some clients have requested a paired cocktail to be included with the class instruction and kit. It’s easy! For this class, we tack on another half hour of instruction and prepare a festive Mojito. If you’re interested in pricing, please indicate this on the contact form.

Make your class even more special by sending everyone in your group the New Orleans Kit! We’ve done the heavy lifting to create a kit with quality ingredients that will get everyone salivating for class.

The purchase price of the ingredients kit includes the kit (4 servings), shipping costs, and the cost of the class.

Kit Includes

Ingredients for 4 servings: onion, celery, garlic, thyme, green bell pepper, scallions, dried spices: bay leaves, cayenne, oregano, thyme, and white pepper, chicken stock, tomato paste, flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder

Students will need to provide: 2 pounds shrimp (or discuss other proteins with Hipcooks), 1 stick of butter, ½ cup corn or veggie oil, 2 ½ cups milk, 4 eggs

The kit includes Zoom link instructions, and how to set up for class.

Include your card or other small promotional materials with the kit. Please coordinate with your Hipcooks Team to send us supplies in advance of your kit shipment.
