the insides of 2 passionfruit, scraped with a spoon
4 limes, quartered
6 tablespoons sugar
9 ounces cachaca
water (if needed)
Passionfruit are both sweet and deliciously sour, so first try the cocktail without the lime. You may decide to omit it!
In a Boston shaker, muddle quartered limes and sugar to release juices in limes. Add ice. Add cachaca. Now, shake the heck out of it! Pour into a 6 SMALL glasses (this is strong!) and sip. (Also delish with rum, vodka or gin.)
