This sounds so easy and a quick plant-based protein snack! I’m going to try it without the sprouting, unless you can convince me!
Heh heh: sprouting is worthwhile since it removes the phytic acid, allowing you to absorb the nutrients in the garbanzo more readily. And, you don’t have to *do* anything, just give it time after soaking. But here’s what might convince you: they look cute, and taste sweeter!
