The purchase price of the ingredients kit includes the kit (4 servings), shipping costs, and the cost of the class.
Ingredients to serve 4: Limes, lemons, orange, onions, garlic, parsley, potatoes, fruit juice, piquillo peppers, quinoa, manchego cheese, saffron, and orange liqueur
Students will need to provide: 7 eggs, and a small amount of butter and olive oil for cooking. For the Sangria, please provide a 750ml bottle of table wine and 16 ounces of fruit juice. (We recommend from Trader Joe’s: mango passionfruit or country peach; or other non-acidic unsweetened juice.)
Include your card or other small promotional materials with the kit. Please coordinate with your Hipcooks Team to send us supplies in advance of your kit shipment.
