Virtual Happy Hour Classes to choose from

All of our Lively Livestream Classes are based on recipes with no more than a handful of easy-to-find ingredients. If you don’t have exactly what’s needed, we teach adaptable skills.

 

Tapas Spicy Candied Nuts

The Curious Quarantiner

Grab your gin/vodka and travel with Hipcooks to the exotic lands of your spice drawer! We’ll use what we find to shake up an out-of the ordinary, unexpectedly delicious cocktail. We pair this cocktail with a Hipcooks favorite: Spicy & salty candied nuts — awesome for snacking, sprinkling on salads, and enjoying while you sip.


Margarita 101Margarita Madness


The Margarita is one of the most versatile cocktails there is. The basic has just 4 ingredients, but the riffs are endless. Let’s get those creative juices flowing! To pair with your cocktail, let’s continue the “riffs on a theme” with guacamole. The versions are endless, all delicious

Pandemic, schmandemic: let’s keep our heads cool with the Cucumber Zinger! It’s a little spicy, a little sassy: just like you, right? We’ll also make a refreshing Tzatziki, delicious on grilled chicken, great with pita chips and your cocktail.

 


Keep it Green

pea crostini

Hipcooks keeps you “in the green” with a hip-swayingly delicious Mojito. Delightfully
delicious minted pea crostini are pops of green on the plate. Make it rain, baby!

 


 

Tamarind whiskey sour

Whiskey a Go-Go

Here’s a whiskey and bourbon lovers cocktail, named after a nightclub in LA. It’s temporarily closed, but we can still get our shake on! Paired with toe-tappingly delicious pears, wrapped in prosciutto, and crisped with cheese.

 

 


The Sweet & Sour

Or should we say, the sour and sweet? The Hipcooks Amaretto Sour is college days, all grown up. It’s deliciously sophisticated, with a frothy homemade sour topped with black pepper. It’s a winner paired with spicy infused dark chocolate bark.
