Hey, Seattle Hipcooks! Life just got a little sweeter. And spicier! Welcome, Claire, as Manager of Hipcooks Seattle.
Claire is a Seattle native, though she attributes her passion for cooking to the 10 years she spent in France and Italy. She’s got serious chops, with a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in the US and an apprenticeship at the Willows in the San Juan Islands. But it’s her sweet disposition and culinary curiosity that we most love about her.
In the coming months, Claire will be hiring for more positions at this location: support Teaching Staff as well as an occasional shop/prep help. If you’re interested, please take a class with her to get to know us, or try us on by assisting at one of our many classes.
Claire will be hosting the majority of the Private and Corporate Classes at Hipcooks Seattle. She looks forward to making the booking process as easy as pie — please reach out to us for more information.
